Gaining

I wouldn't call you fat at all. Yeah your chubby but that's it. Even at 200lbs ou would still be just chubby. The weight on you is looking so good.

A BMI of 30 or more is considered "fat". It's not a perfect indicator, but if you have an average build and are not particularly muscular it should give you a ballpark idea.
